Prevention and Performance

By focusing on your sport’s movement patterns, we analyze your symmetry and posture and its impact your injury risk and performance. This involves detailed assessments of range of motion (ROM), strength, breathing patterns, and neuromuscular function, all heavily influenced by the teachings of the Postural Restoration Institute©.

Over the past decade, the number of Tommy John surgeries has risen dramatically with approximately 60% now occurring among 15–19-year-olds. Triple Play aims to prevent injuries and surgeries to keep athletes on the field doing what they love.

Rehabilitation

As a Direct Access PT, we can evaluate your injury without a physician prescription. Each evaluation thoroughly examines the injured area, posture, motion, and strength to diagnose the injury and recommend the appropriate care. From comprehensive rehab programs to further diagnostic tests or physician referrals, clients are put on the best path to return to their sport healthy and strong.

Team Training

Brian educates and presents on injury prevention and training regularly to high school, sports training centers, travel teams, and little league organizations. He discusses common injury causes and injury prevention techniques.

Individual, semi-private, and small group sessions are available.
